During the 60- and 90-minute soundfloating sessions, you will feel the effects of sound vibrations, tones, and music on your body for 40 minutes. Each session begins and ends with 10 minutes of complete silence in the floating tank to integrate the experience. In the 90-minute session, you have an additional 30 minutes of silence at the end. In the 120-minute session, you will feel the effects of sound vibrations, tones, and music for 60 minutes, followed by a total of 50 minutes of silence.
