Soundfloating is the ultimate relaxation experience, where you effortlessly float in warm water while soothing sound vibrations gently massage your body.
What can you expect from a Soundfloating Session?
A session typically looks like this:

Reception, changing, and showering: 15 minutes

Session in floating bath: 60 minutes

Showering, changing, and tea: 15 minutes
Soundfloating with Sound Vibrations and Music
During Soundfloating, you will feel the effects of sound vibrations and music on your body for 50 minutes. Each session ends with 10 minutes of complete silence in the floating tank to integrate the experience.

Read the tips as preparation for your session.
Reception
Share your intentions and wishes for the session with me. Upon arrival, you will receive waterproof earbuds for the floating tank that fit your ears.

Next, enter the space of the floating tank. In this space, you can change. You will have the Soundfloating room all to yourself. You are welcome to enter the floating tank nude, or you can wear swimwear if you prefer. Before stepping into the warm floating tank, you will take a shower.
The Session
You have stepped into the floating tank. First, put in your earbuds and then connect the cord to the mini-jack input located at the bottom right of the light switch. Now you are ready to float.

A special underwater speaker moves beneath you. You can feel the sound vibrations moving along your spine and penetrating deeper into your body. Through the earbuds, you listen to music that complements the perceptible vibrations, while your ears are protected from the salty water.

For the best effect, turn off the lights during your session. The room will then be completely dark, eliminating any external stimuli. If you prefer to float with the lights on, that is always an option. You can control the light switch from the tank.
Integration
Your Soundfloating session ends with 10 minutes of complete silence to integrate the experience.

After the integration, you can take a shower and change, and a fresh cup of tea will be ready for you.
