Step into the world of tactile sound, floating, and audible music with neuro-acoustic sound stimuli for the ultimate relaxing experience. Soundfloating utilizes healing sound frequencies that you feel as vibrations throughout your body and hear as music through underwater headphones.

Your session begins with floating in warm water at skin temperature, in complete silence. The water contains magnesium sulfate, allowing you to float effortlessly. Supported in a state of weightlessness, your body begins to relax. After about 10 minutes, you will feel and hear the first sounds.

Relax and Recover with Tactile Sound Vibrations

Stress often manifests as tension or pain in the body. At Soundfloating, we use tactile sound vibrations to address these areas of stress. This stimulates circulation and restores the natural flow of energy. Through an underwater speaker, you experience how sound vibrations gently and subtly work on the tensions in your body. As these areas relax, energy can flow freely through you again, leaving you feeling more energized.

Enhance your Body Awareness

The sound vibrations make you aware of the tensions present in your body. You will feel more consciously. Try how Soundfloating helps you shift your focus from your head back to your body, feelings, and emotions. The more you float, the better and deeper you learn to let go and relax.

Health benefits
of magnesium

The power of Soundfloating lies in the combination of four scientifically proven methods for relieving tension, pain, and stress:

Vibroacoustic Therapy

In Vibroacoustic Therapy, sound vibrations are successfully used to improve people's well-being. For example, sound vibrations help to relieve pain and reduce pathological inflammation. Sound vibrations also have a stimulating effect on muscle function. Furthermore, Vibroacoustic Therapy can play a significant role in bone and tissue repair, as well as in the treatment of neurological disorders and motor impairments.

Magnesium

Magnesium is an essential mineral known for its many positive health effects. It helps to calm the nerves, relax the muscles, strengthen and maintain healthy bones, and regulate cellular metabolism in every cell. Magnesium is also beneficial for brain function. Many people suffer from a magnesium deficiency. The best way to absorb magnesium is through the skin, as happens during soundfloating.

Floating

Floating is an effective relaxation method that reduces stress. Floating in warm water with magnesium sulfate lowers your blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels, leading to a deeply relaxing experience. In addition to relaxation and stress reduction, numerous publications have explored the therapeutic benefits of floating. Floating has been shown to be beneficial for anxiety disorders, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and insomnia.

Relaxing Sounds and Music

Listening to music is enjoyable, but did you know that therapeutic listening to relaxing music significantly reduces stress and positively impacts your mood? Research from Harvard Medical School confirms this. At Soundfloating, we take it a step further. We incorporate neuroacoustic sound stimuli into the music, such as ASMR sounds, bi-lateral and bio-lateral sounds, binaural and monaural beats, and isochronic tones. This helps to calm the brain and nervous system.
